Cause

The images in your listing are missing, or wrong format.

Solution

If you don’t have images in your listings:

  1. Add images to your listings. Make sure they have correct size and format.

If you have images, but still get this error:

  1. Delete and re-upload your images — make sure they have proper size and format.
  2. Delist the item on Etsy, and the re-publish it.
