Cause

The payment policy you provided is invalid. Not accepted by eBay.

Solution

Here is how to fix it:

  1. Go to Channels tab
  2. Find eBay and click on it
  3. In the “Publish” section, go down to “Business policies” – See the screenshot
  4. Make sure you’ve selected the payment policy you want to use as default
  5. Save!
  6. Then go to your Policy Manager on eBay and update this policy

Make sure that every field is correct and updated.
