Full error name: “The “Message/Product/DescriptionData/MerchantShippingGroupName” (…) field contains an invalid value”

Cause
The error message “Message/Product/DescriptionData/MerchantShippingGroupName… field contains an invalid value to add” is related to an invalid value in the “Shipping Profile” field in the “List to Amazon” settings, which is a field used for custom shipping options.
The problem is caused by incorrect input of the custom shipping name in the dedicated field.
Solution
To resolve this issue, you will need to:
- Access your Seller Central account.
- Locate the correct name of the custom shipping option you want to use.
- Copy it exactly as it appears in Seller Central and then paste it into the appropriate field in your settings within Nembol – See the screenshot.
By ensuring that the name of your custom shipping option is correctly inputted in the Nembol settings, you can resolve this error and ensure that your products can be shipped using the chosen shipping option.
