Why my products are not importing
There are a couple of reasons why your products are not getting imported into Nembol.
Typically, it is because:
- Your channel Import settings are not adjusted properly.
- You reached your Plan limit.
- Servers got disconnected, or you have a lot of products.
- Your shop is on Vacation Mode (if you’re importing from Etsy).
Let’s solve this.
Solutions
Check on import filters
The most common reason why products are not imported into Nembol is the fact that Import settings are not configured correctly.
To fix it:
- Go to your Channels tab.
- Click on the channel icon you wish to import from.
- Click on the Import settings.
- Make sure all the fields are carefully chosen and correct.
- Run the import again by clicking the “Import” button on your Products Tab.

Upgrade to the higher Plan
Most likely you have reached the total amount of products you can have in Nembol.
At the moment, you can have:
- 500 products with Basic Plan.
- 2,000 with Pro Plan.
- 5,000 with Enterprise Plan.
- 15,000 with Enterprise+ Plan.
Heads up! You can upgrade to the higher Plan, and import more products.
To do so:
- Go into Subscription tab.
- Select a Plan you wish to upgrade to.
- Click “Upgrade” button.
- Once done, you will be able to import more products. Watch out for the right Import settings!
Please note: If you are already on Enterprise+ Plan, and need to have even more products, contact us , and we will find a solution!
Run import again
If you have a big amount of products, it may happen that not all of them are imported into Nembol.
Please run the import again.
Just click on the “Import” icon next to your channel of choice.
Don’t worry, Nembol will not import duplicates, but only the products that are not in Nembol.
Turn OFF the Vacation Mode in Etsy
While your Etsy is on vacation Mode, Nembol considers:
- Active listings as inactive, and imports them if Etsy “Import” filters by Product Status are set as “Active”.
- Inactive listings are not imported at all.
The best and the quickest solution would be to switch OFF the Vacation Mode.
Once done, Nembol will be able to import your Etsy products in a matter of minutes.
Importing an eBay HTML template
Can I import from eBay my products with HTML template?
Yes, you can import products from eBay to Nembol including their HTML description.
Please note: considering that not all channels accept the same HTML commands as eBay, Nembol does some adjustments. We invite you to test during the 14-day free trial with a few listings on your channels.
eBay HTML template breaks after I import, how to fix it?
It is likely that your HTML template is too advanced and complicated. Different channels have different acceptance levels for HTML templates, and the general trend is to minimize them as much as possible.
Please try running some tests using less complicated HTML for your listings, and see how they look on your channels. This may require some adjustments, but it is an investment in the future, as the general trend is towards minimalism.
