Auth token is invalid

Full error name: “Auth token is invalid, need help? Auth token is hard expired, User needs to generate a new token for this application“

Cause

This is a very common error, meaning your authorization token expired and you need to restore the connection between eBay and Nembol.

Solution 1

  1. Open the Channels Tab
  2. Disconnect eBay from Nembol by clicking on red X next to eBay icon.
  3. Connect it again.

Solution 2

If the first method doesn’t work, it means you need to grant access to Nembol again if you want to restore the connection.

To do it, do the following:

  1. Open the Channels tab
  2. Disconnect your eBay account from Nembol.
  3. Access your eBay account
  4. Go to your Account settings.
  5. Click on “Sign in and security”
  6. Scroll down to third party app access.
  7. Revoke all the authorizations to Nembol.
  8. Go back to Channels tab
  9. Connect eBay to Nembol again.
