I logged in but I can’t publish

Updated on May 30, 2024

Sometimes you can’t publish even if you managed to connect your Etsy account.

There are multiple reasons for this, each one with a corresponding solution:

  1. Some of the information may still be missing to complete your Etsy account.
  2. Credentials and tokens have expired.
  3. You received errors because you didn’t set up your Publish settings

1. Complete the required information

To ensure that you are authorized to publish products on Etsy, try to list a test product directly in Etsy before bulk publishing with Nembol.

If can’t, complete the required information inside your Etsy backend, and retry.

2. Log-out and log back in

You probably logged in some time ago. Please log out and log back in.

Credentials and tokens expire. For your security. The duration of the token does not depend on Nembol: it is set by each channel, and there is nothing Nembol can do about it.

3. Make sure to select the right Publish settings

Did you set up your channels’ Publish settings within Nembol? Those settings are crucial to avoid common errors and listing failure.

They are easy to set up. Click on the channel of your interest and guides:
