Product deletion after cancelling

Content

What happens when you cancel your Nembol subscription?

When you stop your Nembol subscription, for any reason you may decide do do so, your listings done with Nembol will not be deleted from any channels you listed them upon.

Vice versa, 14 days after your Nembol subscription stops, our systems will automatically delete your data from Nembol, including personal data, products, channel configurations.

If you do not actively cancel your Nembol plan, but your payment does not go through, your Nembol subscription will not stop right away, but will be put in a sunset status for two weeks.

During the two weeks, you won’t be able to access your Nembol account unless you provide payment, but the inventory sync will keep working for you untouched across your connected channels, while our payment processor will attempt charging your card, and communicate you so via email. After two weeks of unsuccessful charge-attempts, your Nembol plan and functions will alas finally be stopped.

Your subscription could have been stopped for many reason: you need time to organize your store, you’re taking a break from e-commerce, or you need to have more products before jumping into the multichannel business.

Thus, we gave our users a way to freeze their accounts, instead of being permanently erased. This option is called the Idle Plan and it is available at $9,99/month. Just write us and ask to be put on “Idle”.

How to create a backup on Nembol?

Product backup for Nembol users

Being subscribed to Nembol, and having imported your listings into it, basically creates a product backup ready to be exported.

Imagine your Etsy account gets suspended: all you need to do is to remove it from Nembol, connect a new one, and list your products on this one. This applies to any channel: eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Shopify or WooCommerce. There’s nothing more you need to do.

Please note: Nembol is not a way to circumvent any channel's policies, and channels have ways to detect when two stores are connected and their policies are violated.

Product backup for former Nembol users

The Idle Plan helps you obtain the same result even if you cancel your main Nembol subscription: your products are saved on Nembol as long as you keep paying this reduced subscription.

When you need to publish your products again, all you have to do is upgrade to the appropriate paid plan again, and you can publish your products anywhere you want.

Product backup without multi-channel listing

Let’s assume you are interested neither in multichannel listing (we don’t know why you shouldn’t be, it’s really easy with Nembol and it helps you grow sales) nor in our inventory sync function.

Can you still use our product backup service?

Yes, of course.

All you have to do is importing all of your products in Nembol during the free trial, then subscribe to the Idle plan at $9.99 per month, and your products will be stored in Nembol.

All you need to do, if you later want to use them, is subscribing to the appropriate Nembol paid plan in the future to be able to export your products to one or more channels.

Product backup via CSV download

Nembol offers full product CSV download and upload. CSV stands for Comma-Separated-Variables, and it is a standard format for moving information around. Once your products are inside Nembol, you can anytime export them as CSV, and save them in a folder in your personal computer.

Later you’ll be able to edit listings inside the CSV file, using MS Excel or other editing software, and upload them again inside Nembol at need, or even inside other software systems.

How to activate the Idle Plan?
