Complete error description: “Nembol doesn’t ask which business account it should list to”
Cause
When you connect Facebook Shops to Nembol, the settings will open and you should see (in Nembol) the option to select a Facebook Catalog (see picture).
It may happen that you can’t see the Catalog you want Nembol to list on. Down below you will find the instructions to remove the current Facebook Business Account from Nembol and add a new one.

Solution: Remove the current Facebook Business Account, then choose a new one.
To connect the correct Catalog to Nembol, please do as follows:
Disconnect Facebook Shops from Nembol (click on logout)
Go to your Facebook profile
Go to your Settings (in the top right corner, click on the dropdown menu > Settings and Privacy)
Scroll down the left menu and select “Business Integrations”
Select and remove Nembol (this will let you choose a new catalog to import from)
Move on to the next paragraph to see how to connect the correct Business Account.


Facebook Shops setup with Nembol
This is how you connect the correct Catalog to your Nembol account. Start in the Channels Tab in Nembol:
Click on “login” next to Facebook Shops.
You will be taken to Facebook. Click on “Continue as + your Name” (see first screenshot below).
On the second step, click on “Manage Authorizations” (second screenshot).
Select only ONE business page, the one that has the Catalog you want to publish the products to (third screenshot). This step is really important.
Leave “Catalog Management” ON.
Confirm. You will be taken back to Nembol.
In Nembol, select the specific catalog.
Done!



Continue with your personal Facebook profile.
Click on “choose what to allow”. This will let you choose your preferred business account and catalog.
Leave only one business page selected. Confirm. This step is really important.
