How to view orders?

Nembol imports orders from all your connected sales channels and lets you manage fulfillment from one centralized place.

To view your orders:

  1. Open Orders tab in Nembol.
  2. Browse all imported orders from your connected sales channels.
  3. Use filters to find orders by channel, sku code, title, or other product details.

Each order shows its current status, sales channel, customer information, products, and fulfillment details.

Nembol highlights:

  • Orders awaiting shipment
  • Orders already shipped
  • Orders with errors that need attention

You can also open an order directly on the original sales channel.

How Nembol imports orders

Once your sales channels are connected, Nembol automatically imports new orders from each channel.

Orders are centralized in Nembol, so you can monitor sales from multiple platforms without logging into each marketplace separately.

Nembol keeps your order information synchronized and provides a single view of your multichannel activity.

Add tracking numbers

After shipping an order, you can add shipment details in Nembol.

To add tracking information:

  1. Open the order.
  2. Enter the tracking number.
  3. Select the shipping carrier.
  4. Save the shipment information.

The tracking number and carrier details are stored with the order and can be shared with customers through the connected sales channel when supported.

Mark orders as shipped

To update an order status:

  1. Open the order in Nembol.
  2. Select Mark as shipped.
  3. Confirm the shipment details.

Nembol updates the order status and clearly shows which orders have been fulfilled and which still require action.

Export orders to QuickBooks

Nembol allows you to export order data for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.

To export orders:

  1. Select the orders you want to export.
  2. Click Export and select the QuickBooks export option.
  3. Download the order data 
  4. Import it into QuickBooks

How to print packing slips

You can print packing slips directly from Nembol to prepare orders for fulfillment.

To print a packing slip:

  1. Open the order.
  2. Select Print packing slip.
  3. Print or save the document.

Packing slips include the order details needed to prepare shipments.

Transfer orders for fulfillment

Nembol can transfer orders from your connected sales channels into your preferred fulfillment platform.

You can transfer orders to:

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)

This allows you to centralize fulfillment and manage shipments from a single platform.
