What is the Idle Plan?

The Idle Plan is a reduced Nembol subscription that puts your account on hold instead of closing it. Your products, images and channel settings stay stored in Nembol, and you pay $9.99 per month to keep them there.

Think of it as a pause button rather than a cancellation. When you are ready to sell again, you move back to a regular paid plan and your catalog is exactly where you left it, ready to publish.

This matters because of what normally happens when a subscription stops: 14 days later, Nembol automatically deletes your data, including your products and your channel configurations. Read what happens when you cancel.

Who is the Idle Plan for?

Idle is useful whenever you need to step away from selling for a while, but do not want to lose the catalog you have built. For example:

  • You sell seasonally. You are busy for part of the year and quiet for the rest of it, and you would rather not rebuild your catalog every season.
  • You are taking a break. You need time to reorganize your store, or you are stepping away from e-commerce for a few months.
  • You are rebuilding a channel account. If a store gets closed or suspended, your products are still in Nembol: connect a new account and publish them again from there.
  • You are still building your catalog. You want more products ready before you start selling on several channels at once.
  • You only want a backup. If you are interested in neither multichannel listing nor inventory sync, you can import all of your products during the free trial and then move to Idle. Your catalog is stored in Nembol, and you can subscribe to a paid plan later, whenever you want to export it to one or more channels.

How the Idle Plan works

  • It costs $9.99 per month, charged at the beginning of each billing period, like any other Nembol plan.
  • Your data stays in Nembol. Products, variants, images and channel configurations are all kept.
  • Nembol’s functions are paused. While your account is Idle you cannot publish products or keep quantities in sync. Idle stores your catalog, it does not run it.
  • Your existing listings are not touched. Products you already published stay online on their channels — Nembol never removes listings from a channel.
  • You can come back at any time by moving to the paid plan that fits your catalog. Nothing has to be imported again.

How to activate the Idle Plan

Idle is activated by our team. Simply contact us and ask to be put on Idle, and we will switch your account over.

How to cancel the Idle Plan

How to leave Idle and get your products back

When you want to start selling again, contact our support team and ask to move from Idle to the paid plan you need.

Your products, images and channel settings come back exactly as you left them — there is nothing to import again — and you can publish them to any connected channel straight away.

How to cancel Idle and close your Nembol account

If you no longer need your products stored, contact our support team and ask to cancel your Idle subscription. This ends your Nembol subscription altogether.

Important: when we cancel an Idle account, all stored data — including your products — is permanently deleted starting the next day. If there is any chance you will want your catalog back, download it as a CSV file from Nembol first, or stay on Idle.

Your listings are not affected: products you already published stay online on their channels. For how cancelling works with each billing method, see how to cancel your Nembol subscription.

Please note: Nembol's policy is no refunds, so request Idle before your next billing period begins, or you will be charged for another period on your current plan.
