Full error name: “Pictures cannot be edited because this listing has pending offers, or the maximum number of pictures has been reached”
Cause
This error message appears in Nembol when eBay restricts edits to a listing due to certain conditions.
Why does this happen?
Pending offers: eBay prevents you from editing a listing if an offer has been placed on it. This applies not only to eBay Auctions but also to "Buy Now" listings with active offers and when a product is part of an eBay sale event.
Maximum number of pictures reached: If your listing has reached the maximum allowed images, you won’t be able to add or edit pictures.
Solution
For pending offers:
- Check your eBay listings and either accept or decline any offers to regain editing access.
- Once the offer is no longer pending, you should be able to update your listing and sync it with Nembol.
For listings in an eBay sale event:
In most categories and countries, products in an eBay Sale Event cannot be edited through Nembol, and stock synchronization will not work. Any attempt to edit such a listing will result in an error.
Solution: Remove the product from the sale event, update it via Nembol, and then re-add it to the sale event.
For the maximum image limit error:
If the issue is related to exceeding eBay’s image limit, you may need to remove some existing pictures before adding new ones.
