What happens when you cancel your Nembol subscription?
When you stop your Nembol subscription, your listings done with Nembol will not be deleted from any channels you listed them upon.
Vice versa, 14 days after your Nembol subscription stops, our systems will automatically delete your data from Nembol, including personal data, products, channel configurations.
If you do not actively cancel your Nembol plan, but your payment does not go through, your Nembol subscription will not stop right away, but will be put in a sunset status for two weeks.
During the two weeks, you won’t be able to access your Nembol account unless you provide payment, but the inventory sync will keep working for you untouched across your connected channels, while our payment processor will attempt charging your card, and communicate you so via email. After two weeks of unsuccessful charge-attempts, your Nembol plan and functions will alas finally be stopped.
Keep a backup of your products
By the way, you do not have to lose your catalog when you cancel. Before your data is deleted, you can keep a copy of it in two ways:
- Switch to the Idle Plan. For $9.99 per month your products stay stored inside Nembol, ready to publish again whenever you come back, with nothing to import a second time. See how the Idle Plan works.
- Download a CSV file. Nembol exports your full product list as a CSV — a standard spreadsheet format — that you can save on your computer, edit in Excel or any similar software, and upload back into Nembol, or into another system, later on.
