Full error name: “At least one valid postage service must be specified. ErrorCode: 21915469“
Cause
eBay returns this error if your listings miss a valid postage service.
Solution
Please update the Shipping policy or edit it:
- Open your Policy manager (eBay Business Policies direct link and click on “opt in”).
- Look for the policy you’ve picked on Nembol, and update it by clicking on edit (in this way you will update the postage info).
- Once done, make sure to select this same policy in your eBay Publish settings on Nembol – See the screenshot below.
If that doesn’t work, please consider editing or creating an additional Shipping policy (even similar) to associate with Nembol.
