Channels

A store is one account on one channel. Two Etsy shops are two stores; an Etsy shop and an eBay account are also two stores, but on different channels.

Connecting different channels is never limited. On any plan you can connect Etsy and eBay and Shopify and Amazon together. What your plan sets is how many accounts you can connect on the same channel:

• Basic Plan — 1 account per channel: one Etsy shop, one eBay account, one Shopify store.
• Pro Plan — up to 2 accounts per channel: for example 2 Etsy shops, or 2 eBay accounts.
• Enterprise Plan — up to 4 accounts per channel: for example 4 Etsy shops.
• Enterprise+ Plan — up to 10 accounts per channel: for example 10 Etsy shops.

The number counts per channel, not in total. On the Pro Plan you can connect 2 Etsy shops and 2 eBay accounts and 2 TikTok Shop stores at the same time — it is 2 per channel, not 2 altogether.

Whichever accounts you connect, you can use them to:

• Cross-list your products
• Sync inventory upon sales
• Edit product content centrally from 1 place
