How to connect Temu to Nembol

    1. Open the Channels tab in Nembol.
    2. Click Connect channels + and select Temu.
    3. Choose the Region of your Temu seller account: US.
    4. You’ll be redirected to Temu. Log in with your seller account and authorize Nembol.
    5. Your Temu products will be automatically imported into Nembol.

Note: At the moment Nembol only supports Temu US.

Note: Temu's authorization lasts about one year and doesn't renew automatically. When it expires, reconnect Temu from the Channels tab to keep products and orders in sync.

Common Settings Setup: Temu

Sync stock from a channel

“When an order is received”

When a new order comes in from Temu, Nembol lowers the stock of the sold product and sends the updated quantity to your other connected channels. This helps you avoid overselling.

To turn it on:

  1. Go to the Channels tab and click Common Settings.
  2. Click the pen icon next to When an order is received.
  3. Select Temu, then choose the channels that should receive the updated stock.

“When stock is edited”

Not available for Temu. Temu doesn’t tell Nembol when you change a quantity directly in Seller Center, so manual stock edits made on Temu are not sent back to Nembol. Make your stock changes in Nembol instead.

Push Updates to Channels

With this option on, you manage your Temu listings from Nembol. When you edit a product in Nembol, the changes are sent to Temu:

On: title, description, images, price and stock are updated on Temu.
Off: only stock is updated on Temu.

Note: Temu sometimes rejects price changes. When that happens, Nembol skips the price and still updates everything else, so the rest of your edit is never blocked.

Pull Content from a Channel

Not available for Temu. Changes you make to titles, descriptions, images or stock directly on Temu are not imported into Nembol. For this reason, Temu can’t be used as the main (leader) channel for your catalog: use Nembol, or another channel, as your source of truth.

Publish to Temu

Not available for Temu. Changes you make to titles, descriptions, images or stock directly on

You can publish both single products and products with variants to Temu. Nembol sends the title, description, price, stock, images, brand, barcode and dimensions.

Before publishing, you can set:

  • Title prefix: text added at the start of every title.
  • Shorten long titles: trims titles that are too long for Temu.
  • Handling days: how many days you need to prepare an order before it ships.
  • Price rules: adjust your Nembol prices for Temu.
  • Stock buffer / Stock cap: limit the quantity you make available on Temu.
You don’t need to choose a category. Temu assigns one automatically based on your product details.

Note: Every new listing is reviewed by Temu before it goes live. Until it's approved, it stays pending on Temu. Review times depend on Temu, and some listings can stay pending for a while.

Import from Temu

You can import your existing Temu listings into Nembol, including products with variants. Nembol imports title, description, images, price, stock and variants.

Before importing, you can set:

  • Listing status: choose which listings to import: All, On sale, Draft or Not published.
  • Strip HTML from descriptions: removes HTML formatting from Temu descriptions and keeps plain text only.

For each product, Nembol asks Temu for the full details, including the complete description and the images and prices of every variant. If Temu doesn’t return those details for a product, Nembol imports it with the basic information available, which you can complete later in Nembol.

Delist from Temu

When you delist a product from Nembol, it is taken offline on Temu but not deleted. You can list it again whenever you want.

How variants work on Temu

Temu supports products with variants, each with its own price and stock. You can add up to 10 images per variant, with no extra restrictions.

Limitations and notes

  • Temu can’t be the leader channel: Temu doesn’t notify Nembol about edits made in Seller Center, so When stock is edited and Pull Content from a Channel are not available.
  • Listings need Temu’s approval: new listings are reviewed by Temu before going live and may stay pending for some time.
  • Orders from Temu: when you connect Temu, Nembol imports your full order history. After that, Nembol checks Temu regularly for new orders and adds them automatically. If When an order is received is turned on, each new Temu order also lowers the product’s stock in Nembol and on your other channels.
  • Orders are for tracking and stock sync only: you can’t ship, fulfill or cancel Temu orders from Nembol, and orders can’t be sent to Amazon MCF. Handle shipping and cancellations in Temu Seller Center. The buyer’s shipping address isn’t shown in Nembol yet.
  • Promotions aren’t supported: Temu promotions and discounts must be managed in Temu Seller Center.
  • Connection renewal: the Temu connection lasts about one year. Reconnect Temu from the Channels tab when it expires.
