- Allow Post name
- Save changes.
Woo sync settings setup
In Nembol you can find settings which are common to all channels, called Sync Settings, and the settings which are specific channel by channel.
Sync stock from a channel
When an order is received

Select WooCommerce if you want stock to be updated in Nembol when an order is received there. Each time a sale happens in WooCommerce, the order is sent to Nembol and triggers a stock update in Nembol, which is then reflected across your connected channels.
Unselect it if you don’t want WooCommerce orders to trigger stock updates in Nembol.
When stock is edited

Push updates to channels

Select WooCommerce if you want to manage your WooCommerce listings directly from Nembol.
With this setup, edits made in Nembol — such as title, tags, pictures, description, quantity, or price — will automatically update the corresponding WooCommerce listings when you click Save.

Important rules
Product Description Synchronization
Nembol synchronizes only the WooCommerce Product description field.
The WooCommerce Short description field is never imported, synced, or updated by Nembol.
This behavior is intentional. Since most marketplaces and ecommerce channels supported by Nembol do not provide an equivalent short description field, Nembol manages a single shared product description across all channels to ensure consistency.
Description Sync Rules:
- Import (WooCommerce → Nembol): only the Product description is imported
- Publish (Nembol → WooCommerce): only the Product description is written
- Edit syncs (both directions): only the Product description is synchronized
The WooCommerce Short description always remains local to WooCommerce.
Price Synchronization
WooCommerce supports two separate price fields:
- Regular price
- Sale price
Nembol synchronizes only the Regular price.
This applies to:
- imports
- publish operations
- edit synchronizations
- simple products
- product variants
The WooCommerce Sale price is never imported or updated by Nembol.
This allows you to:
- manage your multichannel pricing with Nembol’s pricing rules
- keep WooCommerce-specific discounts independent through WooCommerce Sale prices
Example:
Initial WooCommerce values
- Regular price: 129.99
- Sale price: 109.99
Nembol imports only the Regular price.
If Nembol updates the price to 119.99
WooCommerce becomes:
- Regular price: 119.99
- Sale price: 109.99
The Sale price remains active because it is still lower.
If Nembol updates the price to 99.99
WooCommerce becomes:
- Regular price: 99.99
- Sale price: empty
WooCommerce removes the Sale price automatically because a Sale price cannot be higher than the Regular price.
Please note, only orders in statuses Processing and Completed are collected from Nembol and concur at updating your stock count in Nembol, and through Nembol in the connected channels.
Orders in other statuses are ignored by Nembol. Therefore, you will not see all of your WooCommerce orders inside your Nembol account, but only the orders that are in either of the two WooCommerce statuses a) Processing, b) Completed.
Pull content from a channel

- Click Sync settings next to the WooCommerce channel
- Scroll down and enable “Pull content from a channel” for WooCommerce.
Transfer orders to WooCommerce for fulfillment

To activate Transfer Orders to WooCommerce:
- Open the Channels Tab in Nembol
- Click Sync settings
- Enable “Transfer Orders for fulfillment” for WooCommerce
- Enable “Sync stock from a channel” for each channel from which you want to import orders.

Publish to WooCommerce
In WooCommerce Publish settings, you can select:
- the Product status of the product you wish to publish – choose between “Published”, “Draft”, “Pending review”, “Private”
- the Product Category in which you want to publish your product. Nembol can list in a specific WooCommerce category, we advise picking a category, list there all products belonging to it, then come back into settings, change category, and list another bulk of products.
Product Status and categories can be easily reassigned later in WooCommerce.
- the Catalog visibility, according to your personal seller needs.

Please note: Products published via Nembol and subsequently delisted from the platform will be permanently removed from your WooCommerce store as well.

To manage your import settings, click on WooCommerce on your Channels Tab, and then click on “Import” settings.
Here, you can choose the Product Category from which you wish to import your listings from WooCommerce into Nembol.
You can import your products from WooCommerce to Nembol with their full HTML descriptions. This is useful if:
- You wish to have a better formatted descriptions in other channels such as Shopify or eBay
- Nembol automatically extracts correctly formatted HTML bullets from descriptions to fill Amazon bullets
Once your products were imported without HTML, this cannot be undone, unless you delete all products from Nembol and import them again. This will break any inventory sync you may have set in the meantime.
Please note: Orders are visible in Nembol Orders Tab within minutes after they were received on a connected channel. When a channel is reconnected, or newly connected, Nembol retrieves orders received within the previous 24 hours. No order is retrieved more than once.
