Complete error description: “Could not set a calculated shipping profile to the listing. The listing is missing ‘item_weight’, ‘item_length’, ‘item_width’, ‘item_height’, ‘item_weight_unit’ or ‘item_dimensions_unit’.”
Cause
To use calculated shipping, you need to provide weight and dimensions for your listings. If you get this error, it means that this info is probably incomplete – Please see the screenshot below.
Solution
There are a couple of ways to solve it.
If you want to keep using the calculated shipping:
- Add weight ad dimensions to your listings in the dedicated fields – Please see the screenshot above.
- Retry the publication.
If you don’t want to use the calculated shipping:
- Open the Channel Tab
- Selecting a flat delivery profile inside your Etsy settings in Nembol.
Retry the publication.
