Full error name: “offer collection in person“; “Cash on pickup error”
Cause
The error on eBay depends on 2 factors:
- the location you’re selling on.
- the offline payment option.
Basically, if you check the eBay guides, you can see that offline payments are available when a buyer is paying on collection. The error says that to use offline payment as an option, you need to offer collection in person.
Solution
Try to:
- Create a payment policy called “Cash on pickup”.
- Create a shipping policy. From the drop-down menu, select “No postage: local collection only”.
- Select both the policy into the eBay settings in Nembol, and retry the publication.
