What is the Backlink feature?
Sellers have the possibility to choose the specific channel to which traffic will be directed from social media posts.
By doing so, the seller can increase the visibility of a chosen channel, raising awareness of their online shops and expanding their audience.
Backlink option is available for Facebook, Pinterest and Tumblr.
How to customize your Backlink?
To manage your Social Media Backlinks:
- Go to the Channels tab.
- Find the social media platform for which you want to customize the backlink, and click on it.
- In the Publish settings, under the Backlink section, choose to which of your channels you’d like your posts to link back, and bring traffic.

Remember to configure the backlink option before publishing products. This configuration will apply to all future listed products, allowing you to manage them differently on multiple channels.
