Overview
When you login to a channel, an automatic import process begins, pull in all active products. If you wish to import different products, you can execute a second import by adjusting the import settings for the channels.
How to filter the import
Currently, you can import products from the following channels: Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop and, with some limitations, PrestaShop.
By filtering, Nembol users can exclude from having in Nembol products that they don’t need.
To filter the products that will be imported, go to the “Import settings”, in each Channel settings in Nembol:
- Go to the Channels Tab.
- Choose the channel from which you want to import your listings.
- Click on the “Import settings” section.
- Adjust the filters according to your needs.
- Done!
Please note: Filters at import is an option available from the Pro Plan on. The Basic Plan doesn't include this functionality; as a consequence, when importing from a channel, it will import all products within it without the option to filters.
How to start the import
To run the import from a channel, you need to:
- Go to the Products Tab.
- Click on the “Import” button, top right.
- Find the channel you want to import the listings from.
- Click on the “Import products” button.
- The import will start.
The import takes typically a few minutes, more or less depending on how many products you have in the channel, and on the time of the day. You should start seeing imported products in Nembol right away, by refreshing the Products page.
During the busiest hours of the day, both Nembol server and the channel’s server may respond slower than usual, and import may take several minutes, up to a couple of hours.
You can check the status of your import in your Nembol Activities.
While Nembol is importing your products, you can go ahead, and connect more channels. We advise against engaging in listing operations until your Nembol account is done importing products.
Please note: Nembol doesn’t import duplicates from the same channel. You can run multiple imports from the same source, and Nembol will pull in new listings only, or listings that you had previously deleted from Nembol.
