How to bulk publish products with Nembol?
If your products have SKU codes
With Nembol, you can bulk list your products across multiple marketplace and ecommerce platforms.
To do this, follow these steps:
- Connect your channels to Nembol. Read here how to connect a channel.
- Adjust your source channel Import settings.
- Run a first import.
- Adjust Publish settings of the channels you want to list on.
- Once ready, go to your Products tab.
- Bulk select your products.
- Click on “Publish to” button (See screenshot below)
- Choose the desired channels.
- Confirm “Publish products”.
- Done!
In a matter of minutes, your listings will be published on the selected channels.
Note: During the free trial, you can publish up to 10 listings per channel. This limit exists so you can test everything before subscribing and publishing in bulk.
If your products don't have SKU codes
Some sales channels do not require sellers to use SKU codes. However, SKU codes are important when you want to link products across channels or expand to marketplaces where SKU information is required.
Nembol handles missing SKU codes differently depending on the channel:
- eBay: If a listing does not have a SKU code, Nembol automatically fills the SKU field using the eBay Item ID during import.
- Etsy: If a listing does not have a SKU code, Nembol automatically generates a unique SKU code.
- Other channels: Nembol imports SKU codes exactly as provided by the channel. If no SKU exists, the SKU field remains empty.
After importing your products, you can check the Products tab to review your SKU codes and make any necessary updates before publishing products to additional channels.
