Pull content from a channel
If you select Wix in this setting, any changes made directly in your Wix store will be automatically pulled into Nembol and applied to your catalog.
This allows Wix to act as a source for product updates, keeping your information aligned across connected channels.
To enable this function:
- Open the Channels tab in Nembol
- Click Common settings
- Scroll down to “Pull content from a channel”
- Enable the option for Wix.
Publish to Wix
To publish products from Nembol to Wix:
- Go to the Products tab in Nembol
- Select the products you want to publish
- Click “Publish”
- Select Wix as the destination channel
- Review the publishing settings and confirm the action
- Nembol will create the products on Wix and synchronize the selected information.
Publish settings let you fine-tune how products appear on Wix:
- Assign products to a specific Wix category as they’re published, or leave this set to None to skip categorization
- Add a custom prefix to product titles, useful for flagging items on sale or newly added
- Turn on automatic trimming for titles that exceed Wix’s 80-character limit, so long titles don’t get rejected.
Import from Wix
When you connect Wix to Nembol, your existing Wix products are imported automatically during the initial channel setup.
After the first import, you can manually import additional products from Wix at any time:
To import products from Wix:
- Go to the Channels tab in Nembol
- Click the “Import from channels” button at the top
- Select Wix from the list of available channels.
The Import settings also let you narrow down what gets imported using a few filters:
- Limit the import to a single Wix category instead of pulling in your entire catalog (by default, all categories are included)
- Choose whether to bring in only visible products, only hidden ones, or everything — visible products are imported by default
- Strip out HTML formatting from Wix descriptions if you’d rather keep them as plain text
- Set a stock quantity threshold to only import products that meet it, or leave this filter off to import regardless of stock level.
How variants work on Wix
Wix supports multi-variant products.
Each variant can have:
- Image
- Stock
- Price
Unlike some marketplaces, Wix does not restrict variant images to the first variation axis.
Any variant combination can have its own image.
Nembol automatically manages the differences between Wix catalog versions:
Wix V3
- Variant images are attached directly at variant level
- Images are linked with the related variation choice
Wix V1
- External image URLs are first uploaded into Wix Media Manager
- Images are then attached to the variants
The process is handled automatically by Nembol.
Transfer orders to Wix for fulfillment
Nembol allows you to transfer orders to Wix when you need to route or manage fulfillment workflows through your Wix store.
To enable Transfer Orders to Wix:
- Open the Channels tab in Nembol
- Click Common Settings
- Enable “Transfer Orders for Fulfillment” for Wix
- Enable “Sync stock from a channel” on each channel from which you want orders to be imported.
Once enabled, orders received from connected channels can be transferred to Wix and managed through your Wix workflow.
Wix orders can also be routed through Nembol to supported fulfillment services, including Amazon MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment), allowing Amazon to fulfill orders received from Wix and other connected sales channels.
Note: The order transfer feature is included with the Pro plan and higher. It is also available for testing during your free trial.Note:
How to run Promotions on Wix through Nembol
You can schedule promotions for your Wix store using Nembol’s Promotions tab. This lets you plan sales in advance, run seasonal or limited-time offers, and automatically apply and remove discounts—no manual price updates required.
Learn how to set up a promotion here ->
When a promotion is active:
- The discounted price is automatically synced to Wix.
- When the promotion ends, the original price is restored automatically.
The way promotions are displayed depends on your Wix catalog version:
Wix V3
- Displays the original price with a strike-through (compare-at price) alongside the discounted price.
Wix V1
- Applies the discount as a product-level sale price, without a strike-through compare-at price.
This version explains not only how promotions work, but also why merchants should use them: to plan campaigns ahead of time and eliminate manual price changes.
