What is the Inventory tab?
Inventory is a tab of Nembol’s left-hand menu that allows you to quickly manage your product inventory directly from the Nembol interface.
You can fast edits to key product information without exporting your catalog and making changes through CSV files.
You can update:
- SKU
- Barcode
- Quantity
- Price
You can edit these details for each product and variant.
The Inventory tab gives you a faster way to keep your catalog information updated and manage inventory changes directly from Nembol.
Note: The Inventory tab is available on the Pro plan and above. During your free trial, you can edit up to 10 products to try out the feature.
How to edit product information from the Inventory tab?
To update your product information from the Inventory tab, follow these steps:
- Go to the Inventory tab from Nembol’s side menu.
- Find the products you want to edit.
- Enter the new price or quantity — See image below
- To update the SKU or barcode, click the blue pencil icon next to the corresponding field.
- Save your changes.
Your product information is now updated in Nembol.
How to bulk edit quantity and price from the Inventory tab?
You can also update the quantity or price of multiple products at once. This is useful for bulk restocking or making mass edits.
To edit prices and quantity in bulk:
- Go to the Inventory tab.
- Select the products you want to update by checking the box next to each product.
- A bottom menu-panel will appear.
- Click Quantity or Price, depending on the field you want to edit.
- Enter the new value.
- Apply your changes.
The selected products will be updated in bulk.
