Here’s how to fix it:
Tip 1: Check your channel account status
Make sure your account is in good standing, complete and verified. Visit your Etsy, eBay, Amazon (or other channel’s) backend, and make sure you have added a credit card and completed all required verifications.
Tip 2: Review your Nembol plan
If you’re connecting additional stores, make sure your Nembol plan allows multiple accounts per channel. Visit pricing page.
Tip 3: Try an incognito window
Access Nembol via an incognito window, and try connecting from there.
Tip 3: Reconnecting an existing store
If you previously connected your account to Nembol and want to connect a new one, please contact our customer support.
