What is Nembol Checkup?
Nembol Checkup helps you keep your product catalog accurate and ready for publishing by automatically identifying products with missing, duplicated, or inconsistent information.
Instead of manually reviewing hundreds or thousands of products, Checkup highlights issues that may prevent successful publishing, linking, or synchronization across channels.
What does Nembol Checkup detect?
Checkup identifies products with:
Missing information
- Missing SKU code
- Missing GTIN
- Missing title
- Missing description
- Missing quantity
- Missing price
- Missing tags
- Missing images
Duplicate or conflicting information
- Duplicate SKU codes within variations
- Duplicate GTINs within variations
- SKU overlap (multiple products using the same SKU)
- GTIN overlap (multiple products using the same GTIN)
- Incoherent GTIN formats
With Checkup, you can quickly find catalog issues, review affected products, and correct data before publishing or syncing products across channels.
How to use Nembol Checkup
You can access Nembol Checkup in two ways:
From the Home section
View a summary of detected issues. Click any issue to open the related product list and start fixing your catalog.
From the Products tab
Open the Filters section and select the issue you want to review (for example, Missing GTIN or Missing picture). Nembol will display all affected products, which you can open and edit directly.
Please note: Nembol Checkup is fully available on the Enterprise plan and higher. Users on lower plans can still see the number of products with issues on the Homepage, but they cannot use Checkup actions to manage them directly.
