Why use inventory control?

The Inventory Control feature allows you to set a maximum quantity that will be displayed on your sales channels.

When a sale occurs, the available quantity in Nembol decreases, but the quantity shown on the channel remains capped at the Inventory Control value until the actual inventory falls below that limit or is sold out.

This feature can help create a sense of scarcity for buyers and allows you to manage listings according to marketplace selling limits.

Channels supported

As of today, the channels supported for Inventory Control are:

  • Etsy
  • eBay
  • Google Merchant
  • Wix
  • Squarespace
  • Square

How to use Inventory control?

To manage your Inventory Control settings:

  1. Open Nembol.
  2. Go to the Channels tab.
  3. Open Common settings and navigate to the Inventory Control section.
  4. Enter the maximum quantity you want to display on your sales channels (See the screenshot below)
  5. Changes are saved automatically.
