Full error name: “You’ve provided an invalid payment policy. ErrorCode: 21917328“
Cause
The payment policy you provided is invalid. Not accepted by eBay.
Solution
Here is how to fix it:
- Go to Channels tab.
- Find eBay and click on it.
- In the Publish settings section, go down to “Business policies” – See the screenshot
- Make sure you’ve selected the payment policy you want to use as default
- Save!
- Then go to your Policy Manager on eBay and update this policy.
Make sure that every field is correct and updated.
